Our townhome is completely furnished, including washer & dryer, 2 car garage, fireplace, patio, pool & spa, bbq, firepit, and bicycles. A bike path is located at the end of our street that leads directly to the beach!
We are located approximately 3 miles from LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, 4 miles from world famous VENICE BEACH, and 5 miles from SANTA MONICA. The ROSE BOWL and ROSE PARADE route are approximately a 30-45 minute drive! We can even provide you with our own personal GPS system for finding your way around Los Angeles.
Our townhome is available for the ROSE PARADE and ROSE BOWL game from Friday, December 26th thru Sunday, January 3rd (or any combination of nights during these dates).
