If you are coming to Vegas and looking for a short term monthly corporate rental or a vacation condo, this is the perfect place for you. The condo is owned by a designer who was tired of staying in short term Vegas rentals that looked like they were furnished from a Goodwill Store filled with mismatched flea market finds. This condo is furnished with stylish, new mid century modern style furniture right down to the black leather convertible sofa, to the white marble Saarinen dining table. The walls are filled with contemporary art. There are "two" large flatscreen TVs (one in living room and one in bedroom), cable, stereo, and wireless internet. Sheets, pillows, towels (pool and shower), dishes, pots/pans, everything you need except for your toothbrush! The granite clad kitchen includes everything you need from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. The granite and tile bathroom has a huge soaking tub and shower to relax in. Full size washer/dryer is also in the condo for convenience. If you are using the condo for a business trip, there is a beautiful clubhouse that you can use for larger meetings and presentations. The condo is located near great restaurants, shopping, movies and easy freeway access.
Rent is $675 per week ($96 per night) and $1,650 per month ($55 per night) There is a cleaning fee. Please note that we can only accept weekly rentals within 30 days or so of your stay. If you want to reserve the condo for monthly stays, you can make your reservations as far in advance as you want. The condo is professionally managed and cleaned after each use. You won't find a cleaner rental.
