If there are no damages to the property we will reimburse the deposit as you leave the accommodations. Deposit (which is non refundable if you do not show up) plus the full rental fee (which is non refundable if you do not show up) is due immediately to hold the property. There will be a final inspection of the apartment and if there are no damages the deposit ($1500) will be returned to you on the day of your departure. Less $150 cleaning service.
