Primrose Cottages are 18th C Grade 2 listed set in the rural Vale village of Wick. 1 hours drive from the Celtic Manor Resort.
These cottages are full of character with wooden beams, open fire and exposed stone walls.
They sleep 10 comfortably in 4 bedrooms. Cost for the week is £14,000
Bedroom 1. Double bed
Bedroom 2. 1 single and bunk beds.
Kitchen. Cooker, microwave, fridge freezer.
Bathroom/shower room.
Lounge. TV, DVD, VCR, Cable. Books and board games.
There are gardens to the front and rear with the rear garden being fully enclosed. It is a stones throw away from the village pub and there is a village shop just around the corner.
The nearest beach is approximately 1.5 miles walk or 5 minutes drive which will bring you to one of the many sandy beaches or pebbly coves that the dramatic Heritage Coastline has to offer.
It is a popular spot for walkers, surfers and cyclists alike and also nearby are riding stables and golf courses.
Quality championship golf courses are only a short drive from the property,including the Vale of Glamorgan Golf Club and Cottrell Park and many others. If you let us know your requirements we would be happy to book rounds of golf prior to your arrival.
Situated 5 miles away is the market town of Cowbridge with its traditional shops, restaurants and delicatessens and a further 3 miles away is the old town of Llantwit Major.
Cardiff and Swansea with their various attractions, shops, museums, galleries and theatres are an easy 30 minute drive away, with the beautiful Gower peninsula and dramatic Brecon Beacons an hours drive.
I will offer free pick ups from either Cardiff Airport or Cardiff train station. I will also provide a free shuttle service to and from the Celtic Manor Resort. Free bed linen and towels will be provided. Free use of wetsuits and surfboards are available on request.
On arrival at Primrose Cottage you will be greeted with a basket of locally grown produce as well as a selection of complimentary Welsh Ciders, Beer and Wines.
We require a £3,000 non refundable deposit on booking and the remainder payable 1 month before arrival. A £1500 refundable breakage deposit is also required
