Rates for CWS: June 17th until day after last game - $150 per day.

Private family renting our travel trailer to well qualified renters.

Only has approx. 3k miles on it - been to the Black Hills,SD summer '08; Branson, MO summer '09 & Yellowstone
summer ’10 .
Everything works, like new & extra organizing/storage hardware installed.
Sleeps 8-10 - in different combinations of adults/kids (example: it sleeps 6 adults comfortably + 2 kids, OR less adults and more kids).

SOME of the things you may/will need (subject to change w/o notice):
1. reservation deposit (if you want to reserve it) = half of total rental.
Reserve deposit is UNREFUNDABLE under ANY circumstance.
2. insurance certificate of "endorsement of physical damage"
a) Have insurance agent call underwriter & ask for this - State Farm has it & it is very economical.
3. cleaning charge
a) $200 up-front AT pick-up or PRIOR to delivery - $0 to $200 refunded depending on return condition
b) black & grey water tanks have been dumped
4. damage deposit (possibly insurance deductible & refundable upon return w/o damage)
5. copy of drivers license
6. copy of towing vehicle insurance card
7. place of employment
8. 4 non-family references
9. vehicle can pull 8,500 lbs min.
