We have two one bedroom apartments available in this owner occupied brownstone building in the West Village. GREAT location, on sweet and relatively quiet Cornelia St, 1/2 block to the famous Bleeker St. Walk to all shops, cafes, restaurants and fun stuff in the W Village, SoHo and TriBeca.
VERY cute apartments with european flavor. Clean, cozy, very expensive queen beds in each apartment, high end IRONED linens, fresh flowers, mineral water and warm hospitality provided.
Both apartments have pull out couch in living room, so can sleep four total. Wireless internet and cable TV. Full kitchen with high end appliances and dishwasher in each.
Rates are $200-$250/night, dependent on length of stay and number of people. 4 night minimum.
To reserve, we ask for 20% via cc to our PayPal account. The remainder plus a $300 security deposit is due 3 weeks prior to arrival, or if a last minute booking can be cash upon arrival. We send a rental agreement for you to sign and fax back then you are all set.
